Simply Chia offers chia-based ice cream and frozen dessert products. All products are intended for personal consumption only. Because our products are frozen and food-based, proper handling and storage are essential to maintain quality and safety.

3. No Shipping

Simply Chia does not offer shipping at this time. Due to the frozen nature of our products and the need for strict temperature control, all purchases are available in person or through local pickup only.

4. All Sales Final

Due to food safety and quality standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.

If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we can review the issue. Any resolution, including a possible replacement, will be handled at our discretion.

5. Food Safety & Storage Responsibility

Once a product is purchased and in the customer’s possession, Simply Chia is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or consumption. Customers assume full responsibility for maintaining appropriate frozen storage conditions after purchase.

6. Ingredients & Allergies

While we strive to be transparent about our ingredients, Simply Chia products may be produced in facilities that handle common allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption.

7. Pricing & Availability

Prices, flavors, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify products, or discontinue items at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Chia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, handling, or consumption of our products.

All branding, logos, product names, images, and content associated with Simply Chia are the property of Simply Chia and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
